It's magic - NC

Heading out with my geocaching friends this weekend. This time, we're going geocaching around Düsseldorf. Mainly challenging caches with higher D and T values. Cache mobiles fully loaded and off we go. The group *GeoKlimmers* on tour consists of **Mybodyguard, Pinkelhoutje, team Lima and JeLoShacLa**. It promises to be a lot of fun and entertainment with our hobby. After taking our time with dinner, we head back to our lodging. Time to change and relax for a bit—tomorrow will be another long day. When we check the cache map, this new night cache catches our eye. It wasn’t on our itinerary, but it looks really good. So after a bit of puzzling, we got the green light. The calendar only has one spot left for tonight starting at 10:15 p.m., and it’s already 10:00 p.m. We’re really up for it and get ready for the activity. It’s 11:05 p.m. by the time we start in the parking lot. The plan is clear, and that’s how these rookies are introduced to this magical world. A dark voice and riddles from another dimension. On our way to WP2, we run into the previous group on their bikes. A quick chat, and we continue deeper into the darkness. We manage to figure out what’s needed and get Malakor to cooperate. Talented little “Harry Potters,” ha ha. Then we hit a waypoint where we have an idea but can’t make anything of it. Malakor gives us a hint, and aha—so that’s how it works. We venture further into this magical world, and just before the end, we get to speak with Malakor for a moment. Phew, that wasn’t easy, because he speaks in magical words. It takes a while, but luckily we find the right solution. The final stretches, and we arrive at a fascinating and beautifully crafted finale. Yes, we did it. 3:30 a.m., and we’re back at the cache cars. A long journey and a short night. We really enjoyed this quest with its cool technology. It definitely deserves to be a top favorite [8D] This cache is found and logged [:)] ampel, thank you for creating and placing it, and enjoy the cache [:)]

Am Sonntag morgen nach dem Gym fragte der Gerresheimer, ob ich nicht Lust auf einen NC hätte. Ist ja in der Nähe, kann dann ja auch nicht so lange dauern. Es ging um circa 21:15 Uhr los und endete nach 02:00 Uhr am Montagmorgen. Dazwischen viele bunte Lichter, Aufgaben und Spiele (auch eins, dass ich echt hasse). Der Cache ist lang und für meinen Geschmack etwas sehr verspielt. Trotzdem hatte ich Spaß daran. Auch wenn der Cache ein bei mir sehr unbeliebtes Spiel enthält, lasse ich einen FP für die ganze Mühe da. TFTC & liebe Grüße! 😀🧙

Reisegruppe Stadtranderholung .... Pünktlich vor Ort, auch wenn der Sinn vom Termin nicht ganz klar wurde😴 Irgendwann hatten auch drei von vier Geräten im Spiel mitgemacht. 😉 An S2❓? zuerst was zum Leuchtfeuer passendes entdeckt, was schon groooooooßer Zufall sein muss, das das genau da und genau das. Hat uns einige Zeit gekostet, bis dann doch irgendwann die eigentlich Station gefunden und gelöst wurde. Auch S4 und S5 hatten wohl ein wenig Ladehemmung, bis dann irgendwann alle Infos auch übermittelt waren. Da wollte einer schon ne Nacht in der LVR buchen ... die falsche QS war da auch nicht besonders hilfreich, denn unser Ausdruck war dann wohl zu alt. 😮 Danach ging es etwas schneller weiter. War ja auch schon spät und man muss ja auch mal in die Heia. 😴 So war von lachen, fluchen, Glück am Schuh und nahendem Wahnsinn alles mit dabei. Vielleicht hatten wir noch auf einen speziellen Move gehofft ....... Nach S9 haben wir wohl noch ein paar "falsche" Reflektoren gefunden,😟 aber wenn es an den Stationen schneller geht, kann man ja zum Ausgleich auch noch ein paar Meter mehr machen. Hoffen wir mal, das sich der Wartungsaufwand in Grenzen hält. So waren es am Ende auch gut fünf Stunden, bis wir uns am Auto dann Gut Nacht wünschten. Danke für die Stationen aus dem Hobbykeller.
